Download a lot of mods, game doesnt work anymore
starting game, and its just white screen with: cms 2018 not respond

Try load the game in safe mode. This will disable all the mods, If the game loads that way you will have to remove mods till it starts loading again. Depending on the computer sometime you just can't load that many mods.
