Has anyone started developing the goat mutator gui

because this game is really outdated so pls contact me here if you do have a mod or workshop

no, the last modder of this game left around two years ago and mutators are bound to their respective gamemodes, which are bound to the respective maps, on the computer changing mutators in-game would require a full conversion of the entire source code
