I have a concept for a new block. Feel free to add me so I can explain this better. Basically, the base of this is a block. It can be attached to any regular block, similar in shape to a ballast. However, through one side to the other is an axle. This axle is connected through both sides, and any block attached to the axle sides rotates along with it. This would be a superior alternative to the current spinning tops that are far from ideal for most construction. This would be like a ball bearing with a pipe through it, you can attach to the ball bearing or to the pipe.

I have little to no A) modelling experience and B) modding experience. Who'd be up to help me with such a project? If it helps, I know how to make pretty good CAD models for turning into whatever models are required for the block itself.
