A couple ideas for the game.
First time I'm posting and I'm not sure if said before, but I would like to offer a couple little ideas.

1. One idea could be a healing place or nursery. On this building, whenever a settler gets sick or has low health, they can seek treatment at this facility. You may slow down the healing process, and this facility will allow them to heal faster. You can also craft medication by gathering different herbs and berries that can be used for the general population and trading.

2. Maybe having the option to attack raiders instead of only defence. The attacks could be for settlements already existing within the map controlled by AI, or sending raiding parties to the edge of the map. Then, a statistics and options menu will determine the success of the raiding. Plus, if the raiding is successful, the remaining raiders will bring with them the spoils of war, as well as increasing prestige.

Attacking raiders is definitely something people have been asking for, possibly based off a slider where a percentage or limit number of people are dedicated soldiers/guard.

What I would love is to have horsemen, essentially creating the ability to build and muster Rhohirrim (Saxons on horses)

also Druids, settlers dedicated to the Divine, it starts off when you unlock the totem pole and they are called Shamans, but as you evolve and get more advanced so do them, so after you unlock and build your first monolith the Shamans become druids, then after you unlock statues and build a statue you get more advanced forms.
They can also be the ones who work in the nursery buildings you explained, as historically Shamans and Druids were the tribes/village healers and they can also boost happiness and settlement score

what about creating a way to preserve the fruit you harvest during the summer/spring seasons? You wouldn't have to create a brand new building either, just change the "cheese maker" building into a "food preservation" building, then that building can craft jams/jellies/cheese and dried meat/dried fish but on a bigger/more efficient scale than the food dryer.
