Decoration of specific, single attractions/rides

I understand the decoration of the park. The decoration of specific rides remains a mystery. I've added fire jets, fireworks, steam/ fog, water effects, water walls, built castles (screenshot) around coasters but also easier attractions to completely cover them up, and I get a 'medium' rating at the highest. I'm including decoration to the waiting queue paths and exists, I've added doors/ doorways - medium is the best I'm getting.

How do I increase the decoration rating for a specific ride?

Oh yea, tracked rides with highest decoration is not so easy, because there also needs to be decoration near the track. You can see in the decoration graphs tab of the ride, where are less deco value. the graph tab that also gives you the g-forces in graphs.
