Right now, the custom levels selection screen can be a bit of a mess, especially when you have a large number of levels downloaded. The ability to put songs in "folders" would be a massive help for organizational purposes, for instance, let's say I want all the levels in the series "Black Heart" to be easily accessed and separate from standalone levels. Or perhaps all levels that use Peer Gynt.
