How do you upload mods?

I made a sound mod but im unable to upload it. The method on the website dosnt work and I cant find red pandas uploader anywhere. Any suggestions?

Hello there

the log file only states an error at the end...
the command i have to enter into steam startup is:

-publish C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DoorKickers\mods\anime_voicelines

or am I wrong?

Try to move the mod in this path: C:\Temp\[your mod]

I fear that the space before (x86) is the issue...
