Mod request

Hello

I really wish to play with a mod that slows down the slowest time by 1 second or 2. Is a mod like that already exists ?

In common\defines\00_defines.txt take a look at GAME_SPEED_TICKS.

Hello. Thank you.
But I can't create my own mod. Since the beginning, it appears that some user (maybe it comes from a partitioned PC disc) can't create mods. I tried all tips.
