No this game will never have multiplayer of any kind. The developers have already told us this in the past. That and you posted your question in the wrong forum too. This has nothing to do with "Workshop Discussions".

Hes allowed to ask questions "Karen" Ignore Aqua Brian, I agree this game should have multiplayer because it would benefit from it, hopefully in the sequal we may one day get the chance!

Additional information on the subject: This is a very old topic that has already been asked and answered many times in well over a hundred different threads now dating back to 2018. The answer is the same today as it was in 2018: No multiplayer. Creating new threads on the same topic will not change the answer nor the outcome. This game will still never have multiplayer. Not today. Not in 2025. And not with 5000 threads on the topic. No means no.

Look aqua, ive looked at a few post that your in just:

1. About the mods: Most exe's for steam nobody gives a ♥♥♥♥ about because its very easy to check files for virus and if your smart youll know if it has one. Dont post trying to get someone banned because they find a fix for a generally annoying thing in the game through a file to modify it. As a unity dev if someone where to make mods in my game id be happy that the community is sharing it with eachother and making the game better.

2. The game might not have mod support but since its made with unity its easily able to be modded, I dont know what you could add but theres alot you can. As a unity developer.

3. He called you a karen because after his question your trying to act like a reddit mod telling him the rules. He suggested multiplayer. It wasnt really a question about "CAN WE HAVE MULTIPLAYER PLS" he was asking opinions on wether it should be added and as you can see throughout the workshop forums its a discussion and most workshop forums from games are used for recommendations and etc. I've also seen tons of games say "We arent doing mp" and then end up releasing it. Its common. I think the game would be awesome to build pcs with my friends in realtime on the game. Benchmark contest and etc.

You are completely off topic with this comment. That is a different subject entirely and has nothing what so ever to do with this thread. It's actually a global steam rule that we are not to intentionally derail threads. Is that your intention here with your comments?

This is just another "Multiplayer thread". Unfortunately with these developers they do not care about our thoughts or opinions or desires. If they don't want something in the game then it won't be in the game. They said no multiplayer back in early access. So we won't have multiplayer. There is nothing further to discuss on the subject.

multiplayer would be cool, and vr just saying but it might never happen.

Multiplayer definitely will never happen. VR will happen, the developers already said they want want to add it to the game, some day.
