player loadout
Is there a mod to give players a certain batch of equipment on joining or dying without using factions? I mean if I wanted them to have a certain shirt and trousers plus a back pack and pistol that sort of thing

Yes you can... It is in the faction settings, but no one has to join, as your changing the default faction that everyone is in automatically when they join a server...

In your Hosting.cfg file Just add the items you want to the line g_gameRules_faction0_equip=

We used all Pink based items on our PVE server so everyone knew who was just joining, here is how we had ours...

g_gameRules_faction0_equip="flexcap_nobranding_pink;FannyPackPurplePink;ButtonUpShirtPink;TrackPantsPink;SneakersPinkBlack;Arrowx8;RecurveBow;Arrowx8;MaglightSmall;SurvivalKnife;Cb_radio;Hatchet"
