its actually really easy to do it yourself, its just some basic art on a low poly scale. Go into the games "local files" and pick up the moding program "mod studio"
after that you can go and select a mod folder to start. All you really need then is some kind of drawing program and you're set ! (copy and paste the sample skin folder and edit the picture in that copy, the mod program will tell you which item is where)
