As the subject says, is there a mod which allows you to tweak the drop rates of particular items in the game?

Specifically, I'd like to increase the drop rate/vendor listings for wheat/flour. I love the Crafting Overhaul mod and really like to make their more complicated pies and soups etc, but some of the ingredients drop so rarely.

Anyway, very grateful for any info/help with this.
