There's a million threads on this already.

Let the AI pilot take over, or engage autopilot, or hit f2 and zoom all the way out as far as possible, or teleport somewhere else OOS, or slowly push up against the "inside" of whatever you're stuck in and then floor it when you touch the wall. Or wait a few hours and someone will be along shortly to tell you that you don't have your turrets configured correctly.
