ive modded the original rome total war. if i remember correctly if you want to move a province from one faction to another you needed to move the settlement and make changes to character and soldier in that settlement in the descr_strat.txt file. anyone know if that is still the same or if there is more to it now? i made a couple of changes and they are not being picked up so im not sure if my memory is faulty and im missing a step or if there is more to it now. thanks in advance!
