Best Mods?

Hey friends, I'm really loving the game; but as you know there are lots of little issues... some can be charming, some really ruin the immersion... especially zoning. I had some people help me out with a good zoning MOD. I was wondering if anyone has a "Must Have Mods" list, or would mind sharing a few more mods that just make the game a little more solid. Or a little more variable... like different colors and objects and such? Thanks for your time thus far.

1st of all, you need to make sure the mods are current - old mods will bug your game out A LOT.
murgh has been keeping their catalog updated to work with newer game versions and answers questions so it's a safe choice to just scroll through their wares and grab what you fancy.

Hey thank you, yeah I see some of them have (not updated) and such. Thank you for recommending Murgh. If anyone else has suggestions please share. Thanks again.
