MORE FPS LESS SHUTRING

hi i wanna play some games. but its having some suttering and lag. have any option to fix this?

Cap the framerate using rivatuner depending on the power of your computer the game and the refresh rate of your headset, in my case i got a 2070 super and i tend to play hunt showdown, i also have a odyssey + which is 90hz. However my pc cant handle 90 frames in vr and ingame so i have to cap it to 60 which works flawlessly
