Mod to teleport out of difficult area

Is there any mod that will allow you to transport yourself to a different location? I got knocked into a rock and couldn't get out. I quit and when I came back in, the game had me on top of the rock but since it's not somewhere I should be, there's no way to get down from it without starting over.
