I was hoping someone would be willing to make a mod that made you automatically learn skills when you meet their requirements without need for buying skill books. I've seen a mod that has you learn skills at certain levels, but that's ALL skills regardless of your talents.

Bonus points if you can make it work with Odinblade's class mods.
