take care to say no for last update of Unity.
it's working for me. When you open the file in Unity hub, a window pop and ask to update somethings, don't know if it's the file or untiy tool... but say yes wait and it's fine.
It helped. Thanks
When i click on install nothing happens ..., any idea how to fix it / or download the correct version somewhere else?
You need unity hub to install Unity : https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download
I did it as you wrote it. But then I still don't have the right unity version so I can't build my mod.
I have the version 2020.1.17f1 but I need 2020.1.17f1c1. When I open the projekt the first time, unity hub ask me to update to the project version (2020.1.17f1c1) but when I hit install nothing happend....
Just follow the instruction and do not update
I follow your instruction and yes I can create a mod. But when I finish/export the mod, when I hit Build it gives me a error message that I use the wrong version....
The error message:

Here is how to fix, original is from my old topic when i had the same issue:
Go to MOD_TOOL_PUBLISH\Assets\Raw Models\She Will Punish Them Mod Tools\UMod\Resources\Editor and there open the ModToolSettings file with notepad ++, And the 26th line of code will be 'TargetUnityVersion' and just delete the c1 in the end of the unity version. save it and open the project in unity Unity 2020.1.17f1 and make your mod fill out the details and build mod. Done. Your mod will be properly created.
Np happy to help Keld
