I was almost certain someone had made a mod with hood tiedown straps (not hood pins), but I can't seem to locate the mod, if it exists.

I looked through all the mods for the latest (Beta) game version and if it's in there, I couldn't pick it out of the line-up. If we do have them, does anyone know which mod I need to download to get them?
