Thumbnail for Tuning Pack

Can I add a thumbnail image for the Tuning Pack I made?
Someone says adding a 24bit 280px .tga file with the file name identical to the name of the mod file would work, but it doesn't.
Or add an image to the workshop gallery, nope.
Could anyone give me a suggestion or solution?

Right Click Company of Heroes 2 on Steam
Select Properties
Navigate to the Betas Tab
Select “legacy_32bit” from the drop town
Close the Properties window
Your game should now patch to the legacy version
