Whenever I find an item within the Rust workshop I like, upon clicking on the buy now button. I am brought to a screen that reads:

"An error was encountered while processing your request:

Oops, an error has occurred."

It has been happening with every single item within the workshop. So far haven't found any workarounds or fixes. Have Restarted and Re-Opened Steam multiple times, tried logging into my account on my web browser and mobile device. Using the Steam app. Both bring up the same message.
