Is it not possible to ctrl + z?

You can not. :(

It's on the list of things that would be awesome to add to the level editor though, so it's possible this will be a thing sometime in the future.

Yes! We also use the level editor to make all the levels in the game, so I also really want it, haha!
Just have to weigh it against other awesome things we could build. :)
