SKSE and SkyUI are for Mod Configuration Menu. Address Library is the new norm in both Skyrim and Fallout 4.
Pretty much anyone modding their games have those 3 in their mod list.
It literally contains memory addresses. When game gets it's next runtime update, we only need to worry about 1 mod getting updated: Address Library.
Pretty much every mod that requires hard check with xSE is moving to use Address Library, especially now when upcoming Anniversary Edition will cause updates also on SE side. again.
