German DE, DR, and DB flags
Hello! As considering for potential modding, for the German flags, what is the difference between the DE and DR flags? As in, is the DE flag used in a different context than the DR flag? If yes, when is the DE flag used vs the DR flag in-game? And what the heck is the DB flag (PanzerCorps2\Content\Editor\Graphics\FlagsLarge)?
