My opinion.
The other two im not really a fan of so i cant offer anything. But in my opinion, they seem to be more in the vein of offering added equipment etc, rather than tweaking and tuning
MW5 balancing is basically a copy of MWO, with lower heat generation, lower projectile velocity and max range is only 1.5x optimal range. And there's the option to globally change all weapons with the ini file (ranges, heat, damage etc).
