PT, YAW, and Xeno
I am currently running Piratetech, Yet another Weapon (and Clan), plus both Xeno Ballistics and Energy. I have the mod order set so that PT is before YAW which is before Xeno. That way the Xeno overrides YAW and YAW overrides some PT files.

Anyhow, does anyone have experience with the mods individually? I am not sure if they are all worth running together or if I should just drop some.

I recently became quite fond of the xeno weapon mods, in concert with his ai, i have found engagements, missions and gunfights to have a much more tactical armoured combat feel to them, rather than a twitchy CoD shioter vibe. the TTK seems very good, whilst at the same time offering a more realistic approach to combat.

My opinion.


The other two im not really a fan of so i cant offer anything. But in my opinion, they seem to be more in the vein of offering added equipment etc, rather than tweaking and tuning

In my mods I use MWO / MW5 balancing.
MW5 balancing is basically a copy of MWO, with lower heat generation, lower projectile velocity and max range is only 1.5x optimal range. And there's the option to globally change all weapons with the ini file (ranges, heat, damage etc).
