MOD Help

I have this MOD that gives the MAD 2 5A a second large ballistic slot. But the problem is that it only works for Gauss Riffles. If you put any other weapon in the second slot, it bugs out, and breaks the hud when you drop into a mission. Is there some way I can fix this, to be able to use other weapons too?

Have you tried addressing this on the mods page/site itself?

from what ive seen, the current crop of modders most people use and are familiar with, are extremely responsive

also, "this mod" doesnt help, which mod?
