Mod Request: "Good thing I have Calipers!"

When you get a lot of Block, your character says "Calipers would be good here..." EVEN IF YOU HAVE CALIPERS

Please help me modders! Make them say something different in this very specific situation!

Hi, I haven't made it exactly as requested but I have added a Calipers Easter egg in my mod :) .

Although at the moment there is no way to turn off the relics that come along with it. In a future update I will be adding the functionality to turn off the relics

+1, but include shoutouts to Barricade and Blur (does another block retain exist?)

When you retain more than 100 block by X effect, shout "good thing I have X"
When you lose over 100 block due to lack of retain, shout "wish I had Calipers"
Please activate the shout only once per combat ... to avoid repetition/annoyance.

PS, if you also create an act 1 custom event that gives you a choice between
an upgraded Barricade, Blur or Calipers ... oh man, would that ever be so sweet!
