Mod that adds extra gear?

I haven't played this in...a while. But my characters have an extra necklace equipped that I can't see on the character inventory unless I'm mousing over the necklace slot. Some of my pets have extra tags and collars as well.

Anyone familiar with a mod that adds extra gear slots to specific areas?

This occurs when two mods that add Inventory are used together from different mod Authors.

Listing the Mods used may help us to answer this.
