Home System and near vicinity
Is there a mod to make sure all factions start with a proper home system that sets them up for the game?

And I would also like to see that it made sure Vodyani has a minimum of 1-2 minor civs.
Having watched the 4xAlchemists "goodyani" and "badyani" videos...
