I played around with the package manager and resource editor to edit some stuff for myself..

The thing I wanted to change the most was the number of turns betwen getting new heroes, to set it to get a hero every other turn until the maximum number I can have in a game.

Now I found the resource file that should contain that, it had plenty of variables in it about the strategic settings.

But this one thing isn't there, all sorts of hero related stuff but no interval between hero offers...
Is this not something that can be changed?
