Oops I just realized you said you've seen the 1 claim bps, not asking for them! My bad!
But actually, do you think overlapping an existing bp will give you the desired effect? I'm thinking that a different orientation would 1/4 turn the bp, giving you irregularity and the size that you need without having to think so much about it.
And then I go back in afterward and randomly delete/add blocks to further add to the randomness from my FOV
