Geomancy
I would like to ask a few questions regarding modding, and will start by explaining my aim, then ask the question.

The aim would be to extend and enchance the geomancy class.
First: add more golem types.

Guardian: A large hulk, which patrols town alone. It has about 1200 HP, does about the same damage as a midd tier footman, so about 18 - 20 damage. It can not heal, nor get repaired at all. So eventually it will break and have to be replaced by a new one. They also can not receive commands, and will just wander the town until they find something to pound into paste.

Defender: The defender acts similar to the guardian, but it will stay where it was placed, unless a enemy is withind sight, at which point it will engage. They are smaller, have less health, but higher damage and move much quicker. The same principle apply to these: can not be repaired, must be replaced once broken.

Defender - Ranged: Identical to the defender, except comes equipped with a bow, less health, and much better damage.

The base idea is to make more golem variants, that break down over time, or from use, and then must be remade. These do count towards the geomancer limit, but can assist towns with many crafters and few soldiers.

Now for the question... How hard could this be to make?

I dont know the first thing about coding, so i am asking if it would be impossible, or possible with some experience.

It is all possible and I would rate this code difficult as "average".
I'm not sure how much you know about modding or how familiar you are with the game files, but this one is a guide aimed for those just starting from zero: https://stonehearth.github.io/modding_guide/index.html
