About Workshop Publish.
when I publish the map and wait to publish. The window pushed out told me：
Steam error, The Steam item could not be created. Please try again, Message: The operation took longer than expected, have the user retry the create process.
I try to re-download steam many times and it isn't to solve this problem. Please give me some advice and I can publish my project on workshop!

Yes, and also check your antivirus.

if you download the game from steam it is an official version of the game of course.

Well , I don't know my map can't publish the workshop. They always told me "The Steam item could not be created."

I am also having this issue. I uploaded a map to Friends Only just last week fine. I have added both Steam and TAB into the trusted list of my firewall and Antivirus, and still get the same problem.

Ok, but it's the first time I see this issue. Check if you have any other kind of apps or software that can block a proper internet conection.

EDIT: Could you send copy here the lines in your ZXLog file after you trying publish your Map? This file usually is in the path Documents/My Games/They are Billions
