(Mod request) No damage Teleport spell

Any chance could someone please make a (i'm sure) simple little change to the games teleport spell? in vanilla the teleport spell when used on anyone, does damage to whoever you teleported. even killing them if you're over leveled. A mod that just makes the spell teleport the target without doing any damage would be cool.

not 100% sure if there a mod just for that assume there is just look in workshop.
(know seen it edited plenty of times in mods that did more along with mod classes that add a ability of that or similar).

There is a mod in the workshop that allows you to use NPC skills. Download it and you will find that there is a translocate spell or something similar that does what you are asking for.
