New soldier levels

Is there support or is it possible to add new soldier skill levels and names them. If so I was thinking how great it would be to change Green horn to recruit then add more skill levels like PFC, LCPL, Cpl, Sgt, ect.

Well you can train them to certain ranks from the barracks or they level as you play? More expansive modding is coming soon. If your talking about mod support.
