How to stop auto downloading skins from other players？

I can’t find options either in game or steam. Playing 6 hours COH2 result in auto downloading 6Gb skins and 200 autosubscribes in workshop.

Ingame options > graphics > custom aesthetics : off

It diaables auto downloads for skins, faceplates and decals. Victory strikes and mandatory game modes will still download.
