I find it pretty rare to have a shield with block chance at all, and when i do it's only 10%, that's it. no crafting way to improve it. In Dos 1 you could increase it with points in defense, find resources to up it, but you still weren't impervious. I'd like to see something allow us to increase block chance on shields, even if it's just modifying one-handed (but a shield is still required to block)
