How to Install Mods?

I have subscribed to all the mods i want "Downfall"
It needs three other mods "basemod" " mod the spire" and "stbib" and i have subscribed to them too.
Now when i launch the game i can't see any changes

Pls help!!!

Launch from library.

To go into more detail, hit the play button for Spire in the library page of steam. You can also open the mod launcher by directly opening mts-launcher.jar in the Slay The Spire folder. I have a shortcut on my desktop for the launcher.
