Running with Nerf Guns
I recently got back into the game, and realized there was a mod named Running with Nerf Guns, i had a save for it from 02/2017 and now cant find any trace of it ANYWHERE online or on Steam.

Anyone remember this/ have this mod installed or know where to get it still?

You can't find this mod as it's been removed from the workshop. It has been probably outdated, abandoned and so on, moreover it won't be compatible with the current game's version anyway.
