how i get better engine sounds like better v8 sound

I believe the sounds are directly tied to the engine type....but, not 100% sure on that. It's one of the things lots of people were asking for.....better engine sounds. And, I believe it's been asked for so much cuz we can't modify it. Again, not 100% sure on this since I haven't dug into the issue.
