Issues updating mod

Has anybody else been having issues with uploading / updating a mod the last couple of days? If I try to update my own mod, the process just finishes extremely quickly and no changes are made.

This also occurs with a tiny test mod I have so not just my primary mod.

Problems updating? Eh, I have had problems where the update sticking takes awhile. Last couple times ive updated it took like 10+ minutes for my changes to apply in game.

This is the third day now that the Digitalmindsoft Workshop upload software isn't functioning so it's definitely not a 10 minute waiting situation unfortunately.
