Subscribe to the ones you want, then enable them in the 'mod options' menu in the game launcher. You can play unsanctioned mods as well, but only on the modded realm, which doesn't save progress.

You'll need the Vermintide Mod Framework and (depending on the mods installed, though bot improvements only requires the framework) Penlight Lua Libraries and/or Simple UI. You'll also want to make sure they're at the top of your load order (in the mod options menu), with the framework initializing first.
