Modding minimum player count for larger maps
I'd like to play Medium or Large maps with 2 players in Empire mode. I see there's an outdated mod that allows this for scenarios. How difficult would this be to implement for someone that has never modded AOW before?

No mod needed. Select 12 players, select map size, select 2 players.
