BuildTool.unitypackage
For the life of me I cannot get my hands on the build tool. I would like to make and import custom animations but the only way that I have found to make animations is by downloading a tool from baidu - {LINK REMOVED} - and the site refuses to allow me to create an account meaning I can't actually get the BuildTool.unitypackage.

If there is a github link to download the build tool or if anyone has information as to how I can create and import custom animations I would much appreciate it.
