Client-Side Mods?

I've been playing this game and I'm enjoying every moment of it. The zeds, the weapons, the perks (which we all know should actually be called classes), etc.

I even checked out the workshop and found that it's mostly custom weapons and maps. I found only about three client-side workshop mods (real weapon names, zoey trader, and uncensored siren and stalkers).

Are there any other client-side workshop items that I might have missed? If there are, what would you recommend I get?

KF2 voice packs, TF2 Pyro and Unused Male Voice 3 are what I use and recommend.
