Workshop content not working?

I have all the DLCs and started playing with the deluxe version of Planet Zoo a week ago... I've subscribed to a few workshop items, however they just show a padlock on them... I have all the required DLC content... am I missing something? They are not saying too expensive, just locked from the get-go. I have restarted the game also, no luck.

If you are not in Sandbox, you have to research the themes to unlock the items that were used in your workshop blueprints. Sometimes creators do not list all the DLC they used- even one small piece can keep it locked.
