Request to add a language

Hello.
I hope to add the (Arabic) language because there are a lot of players who play this beautiful game whose language is (Arabic) and they cannot read some tasks in the game because of the existing language.

Looks like the devs dropped the game already.
What you could do is add translation yourself.
One option would be to replace existing one, e.g. Italian with Arabic.
What needs to be done:
1. copy content of English translation to Italian (probably it's easier for you to translate from English that from Italian) Steam\steamapps\common\Cossacks 3\data\locale\en to Steam\steamapps\common\Cossacks 3\data\locale\it
2. replace English translations in .txt and .lng (don't touch these %name% there)
3. most tricky: font (not sure what encoding would be used probably https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows-1256) - you would have to add bitmap files with such Arabic font :/
4. In all language folders Steam\steamapps\common\Cossacks 3\data\locale\en es cd de etc in tools.txt change value for @CFG.VALUE.IT key from "Italian" to "Arabic" (best properly translated in specific language)
