Deathblow resist hard cap removal mod?
Is there a mod that does this, or is it even technically possible?
In the base game, IIRC, it's hard capped at ~87%, and I really want to have some fun with "local man literally too angy to die" builds.

Well, i Believe that if you were to look into game .json that dictates resistances rules, you might find some info on deathblow.
