Ah sorry that fizzled an im not modding atm but there is 'modding faq' thread. If do search for on the main SD forum i think. Its huge but lots of talk on how to do lots things. I started there a kind soul pointed that way. Cheers for saying its dead link ill clean it up in a day or so give chance to read this.

Is there by any chance you know on giving the players any units from their respected country without any restrictions and unlimited supplies? I know that there are mods that fill in both gaps but sadly their all outdated and each time I try to update it unfortunately it doesn't work. I do kinda invision on making a mod that both gives players sandbox freedom and compact ideals such as more division representations or new countries such as Japan.
